Friends Life Care

A Twist client since 2007, Friends Life Care is a nonprofit Quaker-based organization that provides long-term-care and integrated wellness plans for enrolled members who wish to remain at home and independent as they age. Twist designed and maintains the company's Web site and helps Friends Life Care create and communicate its messages through direct mail, sales presentations, ads and other vehicles. In 2009, Twist helped Friends Life Care launch a new corporate identity program, creating the company's next-generation logo, tagline, corporate signage, display and admin materials.

GLBT History Month

I have been working with Twist Communications on our Web site design and content for the last few years. I can honestly say I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. What Fred and Merrell bring to the table is the whole package—attention to detail, an eye on the big picture and a keen understanding of our brand and what our organization is all about. They offer creative problem solving, innovative designs, and go the extra mile to satisfy the client—no matter what it takes. Our GLBT History Month Web site not only looks inviting and pleasing to the eye, it is designed with the end user in mind. From 2008 to 2009, our Web traffic on the site increased 800%. We are now averaging more than two million hits per month. I know this is partially due to the content Equality Forum creates, but it's Twist that makes our content available online in such a user-friendly, attractive package.

Twist was integral from day one in designing our company's logo and commercial Web site.
