Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.

Twist helps this FORTUNE 500 company position an array of industrial gases, equipment and related services within discrete market segments—from environmental testing to food processing and medicine—using literature, direct mail and trade show graphics.

Bridging the Gaps

Administered by the five academic health centers in Philadelphia, Bridging the Gaps is an internship program that links the training of health and social service professionals with the provision of health-related services for underserved and economically disadvantaged populations. Since the 2004-2005 academic year, Twist has helped BTG transform its communications, creating a new logo, a new Web site, its annual report, and other materials.

Capital Project Management, Inc.

Twist helped CPMI®—a consulting firm specializing in the analysis and resolution of construction contract disputes—create and launch its first marketing communications program in 2000. We continue to position the company using a full range of communications vehicles, including a Web site, a trade show display and giveaways, direct mail, and a newsletter. In 2006, Twist helped CPMI celebrate its 10th anniversary by assisting the company in planning a celebration at The Waldorf Astoria in New York, including booking the the live entertainment.

Equality Forum

A Twist client since 2003, Equality Forum is a national and international nonprofit GLBT civil rights organization. Equality Forum presents the largest annual global GLBT summit, produces documentary films, spearheads GLBT History Month and undertakes other high-visibility projects. Twist helps Equality Forum communicate its messages through two content-managed Web sites, annual event program guides, 31 annual GLBT History Month biographies, print ads, postcards, brochures and more. The poster designed by Twist for the documentary "Gay Pioneers," and signed by the activists featured in the film, has become part of the permanent collection of the Library of Congress and of the Smithsonian Institution.

GlaxoSmithKline

GlaxoSmithKline Site Operations called on Twist to help reposition and promote its internal resource for printing, production and related services. Twist performed a SWOT analysis of the organization, interviewing employees at all levels; initiated and helped analyze customer research; developed positioning; and recommended organizational changes to help deliver on a proposed strategy. Twist developed a marketing communications plan and helped GSK reintroduce the organization under a new name. Tactics included graphic identity, brochures, internal direct mail, intranet promotions, and a launch expo at multiple corporate sites.

Kimmel Center, Inc.

Philadelphia's Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts asked Twist to develop a new fund-raising appeal for high-end donors. In earlier campaigns, the Kimmel Center focused on the architecture of the venue as its unique selling point. A fresh approach was required for major donors to visualize and support the Center’s growth into the future. Twist created the multipart direct mail campaign shown here, and all related fund logos, letters, brochures and follow-up materials. Twist also developed rack brochures explaining general giving levels and benefits to Kimmel Center patrons.

Mann Center for the Performing Arts

In 2000, Twist was hired to help rebrand this open-air performing arts venue and improve its marketing materials. We started by fine-tuning The Mann’s image with a new graphic identity and tagline. Then we created integrated campaigns for each successive season, including the launch of its $13-million capital improvement campaign and the design of its on-site promotional kiosk in 2006. The Mann’s annual marketing campaigns include brochures, a season calendar, direct mail, magazine and newspaper advertising, transit advertising, newsletters, a Web site, and a wide variety of collateral materials.

Myratek, Inc.

Twist helped this manufacturer of in-process wastewater treatment equipment develop promotional materials for its next-generation analyzer and BIOS intelligent optimization system. We helped Myratek® name and position its new analyzer. We supervised photography, created original graphics, and designed and wrote a brochure, trade show display materials and mailers. Twist also developed a brochure and trade show graphics for the BIOS system that were translated for the wastewater treatment market in China.

Resort Pointe Custom Homes

Resort Pointe is a boutique custom builder that designs and constructs luxury beach homes along the Delaware coast. Twist helped Resort Pointe create a positioning platform and develop its first marketing communications plan. We designed the company’s logo; created a new Web site to position and provide access to its services and beach rentals; developed its first brochure; created photo portfolios for realtors; and developed other materials. Twist arranged and art directed a multi-day photo shoot with one of the nation’s top architectural photographers to showcase the details of a number of Resort Pointe’s high-end properties.

Saint Malachy School

Twist helped this 147-year-old-inner-city grammar school position and launch its first professional fund-raising campaign. We designed the school’s stationery and brochure, and created and produce its “Small Miracles” newsletter and other mailings on an ongoing basis.
